Welcome to BoxApp. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Nature of the Service
BoxApp is an information and assistance tool for boxing training and physical activity. The application is provided "as is" and its use is exclusively at the user's own risk.
2. Medical and Physical Disclaimer
Health Warning: Boxing and high-intensity training are demanding physical activities.
Medical Consultation: It is strongly recommended that you consult with a physician before starting any physical exercise program.
Assumption of Risk: By using BoxApp, you acknowledge and agree that physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. BoxApp is not responsible for injuries, accidents, health problems, or damages resulting from the practice of the exercises, routines, or the use of the timer provided in the application.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of BoxApp shall not be liable to the user for:
- Misuse: Damages resulting from incorrect use of the application or performing exercises without proper protective equipment (wraps, gloves, etc.).
- Technical Failures: Any damage to the device hardware, loss of data, or service interruptions.
- Accuracy: While we strive to provide useful tools, we do not guarantee that the routines or counters are accurate for medical or professional competitive purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and software of BoxApp are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or copying of any section of the app without authorization is prohibited.
5. Privacy and Data
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, BoxApp does not collect personal data. The user is responsible for any privacy settings on their own device and for managing advertising identifiers provided by third parties (Google AdMob).
6. Third-Party Advertising
The application includes advertisements. The user agrees that interaction with any advertisement is at their own risk and is governed by the terms of the advertising provider (Google Play Services / AdMob).
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute related to the use of the application will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
